Apply for international mobility opportunities for UP staff and take part in inspiring programmes focused on current challenges in higher education and university management. Experience intensive international collaboration, the sharing of best practices, and hands-on workshops with colleagues from European universities. Develop your skills in the meaningful and responsible integration of artificial intelligence into teaching, strengthen your cultural and emotional literacy and support for diversity and inclusion in academia, explore methodologies for coordinating innovation projects with interdisciplinary and societal impact, or enhance your competences in high-quality PhD supervision. The programmes combine online and on-site components and take place at partner universities in the Netherlands, France, and Spain. The mobilities are financially supported by the Aurora project (and/or Erasmus+), and the number of places is limited – take advantage of this opportunity for professional growth, building international networks, and bringing new inspiration back to UP.

Blended intensive program focused on diversity, equality and inclusion. This is a five-day BIP for university faculty and staff who wish to deepen their understanding and practice of diversity, equity, and inclusion. The program goes beyond institutional policies and explores how diversity can be lived, experienced, and practiced in academic life. It invites participants to experience inclusion not as a framework, but as a way of being, cultivated through empathy, awareness and co-creation. BIP combines reflective discussions, experiential workshops and practical exercises to develop emotional and cultural literacy as essential competencies for inclusive and sustainable education. Participants will engage in listening circles, creative collaboration and intercultural dialogue, as well as workshops designed to reveal personal biases and expand cultural awareness, all in a caring and supportive environment. Instead of following pre-defined models, the program impresses with an unconventional approach to cooperation, creating conditions in which ideas and projects can naturally arise on the basis of the sharing of ideas and experiences.
